The magazine Focus on Nuclear Power Generation was introduced in 2003 as a special publication by Stainless Steel World, Valve World and Pump Engineer, all titles of KCI Publishing BV, The Netherlands. The aim of Focus on Nuclear Power Generation is to offer producers and users of valves, pumps and corrosion resistant alloys in nuclear power plants a platform to exchange information and ideas with their peers in this industry. Since its inception, the magazine has become a valuable source of information related to these topics. In light of the renewed interest in nuclear power as a sustainable source of energy, Focus on Nuclear Power Generation will from now on be published four times annually. In addition to the magazine, a Focus on Nuclear Power Generation website is to act as a second platform for nuclear engineers to find and share information.
